The Agency’s mandate covers a variety of Europe and worldwide opportunities for organisations, professionals and individuals. Seven key Community programmes have been partly or fully delegated to the EACEA: Lifelong Learning, Erasmus Mundus, Tempus, Culture, Youth in Action, Europe for Citizens and Media, and several international Cooperation Agreements in the field of higher education. The Centre reviewed the existing terminological resources in the fields of activity of EACEA, the ETF and CEDEFOP, and a joint terminology project was included in the plan for 2010.

The Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Joint Undertaking is a unique public private partnership supporting research, technological development and demonstration (RTD) activities in fuel cell and hydrogen energy technologies in Europe. Its aim is to accelerate the market introduction of these technologies, realising their potential as an instrument in achieving a carbon-lean energy system.

Kiváló Európai Elektronikai Alkatrészek és Rendszerek közös technológiai kezdeményezés

On 6 May 2014, the Council of the European Union adopted the Regulation establishing the ECSEL Joint Undertaking. This new organisation replaces ARTEMIS JU and ENIAC JU. ECSEL JU has become operational as of 27 June 2014.

The main objectives of ECSEL JU are to take part in the implementing of Horizon 2020, the EU's research and innovation framework programme, and to contribute to the development of a strong and globally competitive electronics components and systems industry in the European Union.
