Europos Sąjungos teisėsaugos bendradarbiavimo agentūra (Europolas)

Europol is the European Law Enforcement Agency which aims at improving the effectiveness and cooperation of the competent authorities in the Member States in preventing and combating terrorism, unlawful drug trafficking and other serious forms of organised crime. The Centre continued gathering and harmonising terminology for Europol, a project which was initiated in 2008. A list of English terms was sent to Europol for amendment and/or approval, which was a prerequisite for the launch of the multilingual phase.
