O Centro de Tradução dos Organismos da União Europeia é uma agência da União Europeia. Estabelecido no Luxemburgo desde 1994, tem por missão fornecer serviços de tradução e serviços linguísticos relacionados a outras agências descentralizadas da UE. Pode também prestar assistência às instituições e organismos da UE que possuem os seus próprios serviços de tradução em períodos de picos de trabalho ou no âmbito de projetos específicos. No total, o Centro traduz para quase 70 clientes. No final de 2020, contava com um total de 220 agentes, incluindo funcionários, agentes temporários e agentes contratuais. QUERO SABER MAIS

This year, the Translation Centre teamed up with experts from the EUIPO to showcase their collaborative project focused on file management for streamlined content structuring, optimising multilingual translation processes.

Multilingualism Day is an initiative of the European Parliament celebrating one of the EU’s core values which ensures that the work of the Parliament is accessible and transparent. The first edition of Multilingualism Day took place in 2017 and since then, this annual event dedicated to promoting linguistic diversity and fostering multilingualism among the EU State Members and EU citizens has continued to thrive.
