UŽ VIAC AKO 25 ROKOV V SLUŽBÁCH VIACJAZYČNOSTI

Prekladateľské stredisko pre orgány Európskej únie je agentúra Európskej únie a bolo zriadené v Luxemburgu v roku 1994. Jeho hlavným poslaním je poskytovať preklady a súvisiace jazykové služby ostatným decentralizovaným agentúram EÚ. Iným inštitúciám a orgánom EÚ, ktoré majú vlastné prekladateľské útvary, vypomáha v prípade vysokej pracovnej záťaže alebo pri osobitných projektoch. Prekladateľské stredisko poskytuje služby viac ako 70 klientom. Ku koncu roku 2020 tu pracovalo celkovo 220 zamestnancov, a to úradníkov, dočasných zamestnancov a zmluvných zamestnancov.
