Prevajalski center za organe Evropske unije je agencija Evropske unije. Ustanovljen je bil leta 1994 v Luxembourgu, njegova glavna naloga pa je zagotavljanje prevajalskih in sorodnih jezikovnih storitev drugim decentraliziranim agencijam EU. Pomaga lahko tudi tistim institucijam in organom EU, ki imajo svoje prevajalske službe, v času največje delovne obremenitve ali pri posebnih projektih. Prevajalski center skupaj prevaja za skoraj 70 strank. Ob koncu leta 2020 je imel 220 zaposlenih, vključno z uradniki, začasnimi uslužbenci in pogodbenimi uslužbenci. VEČ INFORMACIJ

She addressed the conference theme, ‘Advancing Humanism through Language Technologies’, by discussing the role of AI in translation, emphasising that human expertise remains vital for quality assurance. This year marks a significant milestone for the European Union as we celebrate the 20th anniversary of the ‘big bang’ enlargement, which introduced nine new languages into the EU arena.
